We provide a 2-year warranty from the time of purchase. Applies to watch and movement.
How long does it take before I receive my products?
Delivery time is about 3 working days to the delivery point.
What happens if I'm not happy?
You have a full right of return on unused goods within 14 days of collection of goods.
What are the shipping costs?
We offer free shipping on purchases over SEK 500. Otherwise, the shipping is SEK 49.
How do I make a possible return?
Post the package with the enclosed return slip.

Are the watches suitable for older people than children?
We have a growing group of customers among mothers and grandmothers / grandmothers. It is mainly Pärlhamn, the mesh clock, that you shop.
Why the name Torekovs?
Torekov is an old fishing community at the far end of the Bjäre Peninsula. The founder of Torekovs children´s watches has special ties to the region.

Is it true that the back of the watch is hypoallergenic?
Yes, we have chosen 100% Titanium on the back of the watch. This is so that even nickel-sensitive people can buy, and so that any nickel allergy does not develop.
Are not all watch glasses scratch-resistant?
No, usually only the most exclusive watches have maximum scratch resistance, ie sapphire crystal glass.
What kind of movement do you have?
We have chosen a quality movement from Japanese Miyota
