TKVS watch AB complies with the Consumer Purchase Act in case of any complaints and all
personal data is protected according to the provisions of the GDPR.

Only adults may shop at torekovswatch.se. If you have not yet turned eighteen, we require written consent with the child's name and social security number, guardian's name and social security number, and a signature on a paper that we would like scanned/photographed and sent to us at info@torekovswatch.se

VAT at 25% is included in all prices. We offer free shipping for all orders over SEK 500. (Applies to Sweden)


You will receive an order confirmation emailed to you after the order has been placed. It is therefore of utmost importance that you fill in the correct email address and ensure the correct mobile number for notification.

Cancellation of orders

When the order has been sent, you must receive the order and in that case return it to TKVS watch AB, Östergatan 91, 262 33 Ängelholm. Email your order number to info@torekovs.com and let them know that you will be returning the item. As soon as we have received the product and checked that it is in unused condition, we will refund the money, minus the return shipping cost.


We send all our packages with DHL. Normal delivery time is 1-3 working days. In order for you to receive your delivery as quickly as possible, be careful to enter the correct telephone number and email address. If you live in an apartment, it is important that your front door has a name plate with YOUR name on it. Uncollected packages we invoice an administrative cost of SEK 300 for.

Transport damage

TKVS watch AB is responsible for any transport damage. It is important that upon receipt of the item(s) you check that the package is not damaged. If this is the case, you are responsible for contacting our customer service within 14 days. (Use the email form here on the website, or email info@torekovswatch.com) If you already notice at your delivery point that the package is damaged, report it there and later also to our customer service.


We at TKVS Watch AB have chosen to work with a great local family-owned logistics company up on the slopes of Bjärehalvön. They deliver our watches Nationally (2-3 days) and within EU (4-5 days). Shipping outside of EU will be as quickly as possible according to freight company. Applies to orders placed before 3pm on the day.


Don't forget to be able to present the original receipt showing that you bought the watch no more than 14 days ago.


Our warranty does not apply if the watch is subjected to unreasonable violence or water impact beyond our recommendations. It also does not apply if an unauthorized person has opened the watch. The return cost is borne by the customer.
